Tiana is a senior energy consultant for Pale Blue Dot. She has 25 years of industry experience in the oil and gas, and energy sectors. She has held technical, operational and management roles in engineering design, offshore operations, production engineering and decommissioning having worked in Marathon Oil and in the supply chain. Tiana is a chartered engineer and has sat on the non-executive board of Decom North Sea.
